I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, and currently pursuing certification as a Pilates instructor. My passion for health and wellness was shaped early on through my experience as a Division 1 college soccer player, where I developed a deep appreciation for discipline, performance, and the powerful connection between physical and mental strength.
After earning my degree, I became certified in personal training and began working with women both in-person and online, guiding them toward their health, physique, and wellness goals. Along the way, I explored a range of careers, from interior design and fashion to cosmetic nursing and real estate. These diverse experiences have broadened my perspective, strengthened my communication skills, and ultimately reinforced my commitment to the work I do today. Each step brought clarity to my purpose and helped shape me as a person and coach.
I look forward to continuing to support women in developing a deeper connection to their bodies through mindful movement, strength training, and nutrition education.
